In the fall of 2012 Elite Spine and Sports was born. With over 30 years of combined physical therapy experience, Jack and Kristen Digwood launched the company and rented a small space above Isabella restaurant on route 315. They realized after a few years that they needed more space to grow the clinic and accommodate their new fitness program, Elite Custom Fitness. They purchased their current 12,500 square foot facility in October of 2016, and moved into the newly remodeled space in January of 2017.

The company has grown to 22 employees serving hundreds of patients and fitness members each week. They attribute the success of the business to a commitment to their core values and the amazing team that they have assembled. They remain passionate about helping as many people as possible in our community whether it’s recovering from an injury, or turning their life around through the fitness program.
