All our members are coached on how to do the exercises correctly and at an appropriate intensity for them to get results and avoid injury. We write the programs for each member. We pick the best exercises, the correct sets and repetitions, as well as the right rest periods to optimize your workout. Our programs are updated regularly to keep you on track and getting results.
We have large group classes that are high energy circuit workouts to build muscle and burn fat.
Our small group training is perfect for people just starting out that need to learn correct form and work at an intensity that fits their current fitness level.
Semi-private training is perfect or those seeking the most individualized programming and the most rapid results. This program is a great fit for our weight loss clients, those seeking to work around an existing limitation due to injury, or to enhance sports specific performance.

Look Better Program: Looking better boils down to burning fat and gaining muscle. This gives the “lean” or “toned” look our members are seeking. We need to program strength training that will build muscle. Muscle serves as your metabolic engine. More muscle means more calorie burn each day. It’s the most effective and healthiest way to lose fat. Too many of us attempt to get “skinny” by cutting calories way down and doing long bouts of exercise on a treadmill or elliptical. You’ll lose weight, but you’ll also lose muscle mass and strength. Our strength training is complemented by interval training to burn calories during brief bouts of activity followed by recovery breaks.. This method has been proven to be superior for health and weight loss compared to the long, slow, and boring treadmill workouts.
Move Better Program: Moving better requires regaining the joint mobility and flexibility we may have lost due to an injury or a sedentary lifestyle. Once we regain good movement, we need to build a base of strength, stability, balance, and endurance to allow our Move Better clients to enjoy life to the fullest and avoid injury.
Perform Better Program: We love training athletes. We create specific programs for each athlete that are based on their sport and the position that they play. We focus on developing the characteristics the athlete needs to succeed on the field or court. Strength, Speed, Agility, Flexibility are all covered to improve each athlete’s chances of playing injury free and at the highest level possible.
All our memberships come with nutritional coaching at no extra charge. We offer cutting edge habit based nutritional coaching to every member. The coaching is an online program to teach you what foods to eat, the correct amount of food, timing of food and food prep strategies that will help you make long term sustainable change in your health and fitness.
