Hosted by Jessica (LMT, CD – Doula) & Clare Winton (PT, DPT)
Prepare your body and mind for birth and recovery in this 100% FREE workshop led by a licensed doula and physical therapist. Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum, you’ll leave with tools you can use right away.
Techniques for pelvic balance, posture, and body alignment to support an easier labor and smoother recovery
Breathwork, mindset tools, and hormone education to help manage stress and stay grounded during labor
How baby’s positioning impacts labor—and ways to support optimal alignment
The role of pelvic floor therapy before and after birth, including tips for healing, pain relief, and bladder control
How physical therapy can help you prepare for birth, adjust to body changes, and recover postpartum
Most hospital childbirth classes focus on policies and procedures, not on how your body actually prepares for labor. They often leave out important information about your physical and hormonal changes, replacing it with timelines and rules that can increase fear and confusion.
This workshop puts the focus back on you. You’ll learn how your body works, what to expect, and how to support yourself through birth and recovery—so you can make informed choices and feel confident every step of the way.
It is time for women to reclaim control over their birth experiences, unless truly extenuating circumstances exist.
Expecting parents
